Some people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Pancakes take that to perfection! Try this easy, mess-free recipe and make Saturday mornings great again!
Supplies/Ingredients:
1 ½ cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Mini chocolate chips
Large bowl
Mini muffin pan
PAM cooking spray
To begin with, heat your oven to 400°F. (At this time, also spray your mini muffin pan with cooking spray). Second, mix together the correct amount of flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Then stir in the milk, maple syrup, butter, egg, vanilla and cinnamon. Add in mini chocolate chips just before you divide the batter evenly between mini muffin cups. Next, bake for 8-10 minutes. Finally, after hard work and perseverance, you can eat your pancake poppers with syrup. Enjoy!
