7th Grade Female Profile: Savannah Sherwood

Savannah Sherwood is a chill, funny girl who you may know as Savvy. Savannah is a twelve year old seventh grader here at Greenfield and would have to say that her best friend, John Pomonis, knows her the absolute best. She lives with her two dogs, Sadie and Georgia. While we’re on the subject of animals, when Sherwood was little, she wanted to be a veterinarian. She now wants to be a therapist.

One of Savvy’s favorite vacation spots is San Diego, California. One time, when she was five, Sherwood’s parents surprised her with a trip to Disneyland, “the happiest place on Earth,” she screamed at the top of her lungs. Savannah claims this is her favorite childhood memory. Something that she thinks is really special about her is her crazy, beautiful green eyes. When she isn’t at school, Sherwood does karate and plays with her dogs. Savvy doesn’t play or do any sports other than karate. She’s so dedicated, she’s a black belt! That’s super impressive since, on average, it takes about five years to get up to that level, Savannah’s only been doing karate for four years. Other than the essentials to live, Savannah cannot live without her phone because her “entire life” is on there. Sherwood’s favorite food is an eggplant parmesan sandwich. She also loves the well-known, Netflix Original show, Stranger Things. We all jam out to our music. Sherwood grooves to Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect” which is her favorite song. Clothes are an obsession, and when Savvy goes shopping, she enjoys going to Forever 21. Not going to lie, their clothes are absolutely adorable, so it’s obvious why.

Savannah Sherwood is so nice and absolutely hilarious. If you spot ridiculously gorgeous green eyes attached to a Savannah, be sure to say, “Hey.” If you get to know her, you’ll grow to love her and her personality.
