Ms. Duce’s 8th grade orchestra has been preparing for their competition/festival at Tempe High School for about 3 months now. Here in this picture they are playing one of the songs, Monte Vista Overture.

Ensemble is an advanced orchestra group of students here at Greenfield Junior.They memorize all of their musical pieces..

This picture is depicting the 2nd hour orchestra riding in a charter bus on their way to the festival.

At the beginning of the orchestra festival, they were able to listen to a South Valley Junior High School before their performance.

Before their performance, we were allotted about 30 minutes in the warm-up room to practice our three songs once more.

At the competition our grizzlies were able to earn a ‘superior with distinction’, which is the highest award.
