Candy Corn Bark
Ingredients:
- 16 halloween oreos, chopped
- 1 ½ cups small, broken pretzels
- ⅓ cup raisins
- 1 ½ pounds white chocolate, broken into squares
- 2 cups of candy corn
- Orange and/or brown sprinkles
Directions:
- Spread cookies, pretzels, and raisins evenly onto lightly greased small baking sheet
- Melt chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water, or in the microwave, stirring frequently until melted
- Remove chocolate from heat while there are still a few chunks of chocolate, and stir until smooth (Tip: white chocolate burns easily)
- Drizzle chocolate with a spoon over the ingredients in the pan, spreading the top flat to coat evenly
- Top with candy corn and sprinkles
- Let cool until firm
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container
- Enjoy!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 (16 ounce) package of truffle brownie mix
- ½ cup of butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup pumpkin spice flavored morsels
- 2 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350℉
- Grease an 8-inch baking pan with 2-inch sides
- Stir brownie mix, butter, and eggs together until blended
- Stir in pumpkin spice morsels gently
- Spread butter in the prepared pan
- Bake in preheated oven until top is dry and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, 25 to 30 minutes
- Scatter sprinkles on top
- Let cool before slicing and removing from pan, 30 minutes
- Eat!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
- Combine pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, and an egg
- In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt
- Add vanilla, chocolate chips, and optional nuts into second bowl
- Drop dough by spoonful on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350℉ for ten minutes or until lightly brown and firm
- Cool for 5 minutes
- Consume!
