As summer, sadly, comes to an end, the time finally comes to whip out some delicious fall treats. This easy pumpkin pie bar recipe can help you get the feeling of cooler days.
All you need are these 8 ingredients:
1 can of crescent dough sheet
1 can of pumpkin
½ cup of packed brown sugar
¼ cup of corn syrup
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon of salt
(whip cream or pumpkin spice for garnish – optional)
These 5 steps are easy and in no time, you can be munching on mini pumpkin pies.
Step 1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 11×7 pan with parchment paper; leave some to hang over
Step 2) Unroll 1 can of the crescent dough sheet in the bottom and sides of the pan. Put to the side.
Step 3) In a large bowl, mix the eggs, the can of pumpkin, the whipping cream, the brown sugar, and pumpkin spice until it’s well blended. Then, pour into the 11×7 pan.
Step 4) Smooth it over and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes in the oven then cool for an hour and a half.
Step 5) Cut it, add garnishes and eat.
