Say “No” to Vaping

Within the last couple of years, vaping has become really popular, especially among teenagers and young adults. Vaping, according to, is the act of inhaling vapor that comes from an electronic cigarette. The electronic cigarette is filled with nicotine, flavors, and other chemicals. Because of electronic cigarettes sometimes holding nicotine, it is likely for vaping to have side effects. These include, slowed brain development that can affect memory, learning, concentration, self-control, and mood. Some people use e-cigarettes to smoke weed, THC oil, and other dangerous chemicals.

With that, vaping can also cause smoking cigarettes as an adult. E-cigarettes can also irritate and damage your lungs which may cause you to do worse in sports because most of it requires you running around a lot. Vaping is incredibly expensive, this is because as time goes on the cost for cartridges will start to add up over time. The consequences of vaping over time will grow to be more and more, in fact we recently had the first vaping related death on August 23, 2019. Vaping isn’t cool and can lead to your life being filled up with health issues and can shorten your life by years a lot. The list of effects that vaping causes will grow longer and longer as time goes on. Stop vaping, and if you already have started then quit immediately, many teens are becoming long time customers, due to the fact that most e-cigarette advertisements are being aimed towards them. If you want to live a long, peaceful, happy life don’t vape and if you do or know someone that does, stop doing it.
