Chloe and Moby had a fantastic job! They had an opportunity to write a new Disney movie based on original classics written by Hans Christian Andersen or the Brothers Grimm. They had a lot of good ideas.
“Alright, I have an idea based on the original Cinderella!” Chloe announced, “How about this girl has to fit her foot into a shoe, but they have to cut her toes off so they fit?”
“That’s great! But I was thinking it could be something like the original Pinocchio where this puppet wanted to be a real boy, but he has to be well behaved to become one. And he has this companion, a cricket, but he is so scared that he decides to stomp on him,” Moby said, “Then the bug comes back to haunt him!”
Both of their ideas were fantastic, but eventually they concluded on writing a story about a mermaid, and her longing to be a human. The executive producers were going to tell this amazing story to a group of kids who were going to judge if this story should be put into the next movie.
“Once upon a time, there was a mermaid who lived underwater, everyone called her the little mermaid. She wanted to be a human because she fell in love with one, so this sea witch agreed to turn her fins into feet, in exchange for her voice. She found the Prince, but he was already married, and the Little Mermaid couldn’t return to the sea unless she killed the prince by stabbing him in the heart with a special blade. However, she cared for him too much to go through with it, so instead, she dove into the sea and drowned, turning into nothing but seafoam… the end.” They looked up to see what the children’s reaction was. They all started crying and screaming and calling for their parents.
“ All of the kids are crying,” one of the executive producers said.
“Great! Let’s do this. Meet me tomorrow at this studio, and we will get this movie underway!” The two of them high fived, the kids kept crying.
***THESE ‘IDEAS’ ARE BASED OFF OF THE ORIGINAL STORIES OF PINOCCHIO, CINDERELLA AND THE LITTLE MERMAID. THIS IS A FAKE SITUATION BASED ON SOMETHING THAT VERY WELL MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED. ***
